The Vitebsk 2022 song contest follows the junior song contest that finished on 14 July and was successful for Belarus as the Grand Prix went to a representative of Belarus. The adult song contest has brought together 14 performers who are to sing a Slavic song accompanied by an orchestra on Day 1 and a world hit on Day 2 of the contest. Belarus will be represented by Anna Trubetskaya.

The jury of the International Children's Song Contest will share their impressions of the contest and contestants with the media at a press conference. DiDuLia will give a concert and talk to journalists on this day.

Pushkinskaya Square will become a venue for an open-air event as part of the Days of the Union State. The concert “The Union State invites...” will be held at the Summer Amphitheater and will feature artists of the two countries.

Other highlights of the program on 15 July include a choral music concert at the Holy Assumption Cathedral, a puppet theater performance by the Lyalka theater, a concert by the Cossack song and dance ensemble Stavropol at the Vitebsk Concert Hall, a jazz music concert at the Vitebsk Philharmonic.
