Over 6.220 million people in Belarus have got the first shot of a COVID-19 vaccine, of them over 5.812 million have completed the vaccination process, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
Over 112,400 teenagers aged 12-17 have received one shot of the vaccine, of them more than 85,100 children have been fully vaccinated.
Thus, 66.5% of the country's population have received one dose of the vaccine, 62.2% have been fully vaccinated.
Belarusians are also getting booster shots of the vaccine, with 7.27% of the population having completed it so far.
