Lukashenko giving interview to Japan's TBS Television

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko keeps giving interviews to foreign mass media outlets. This time the head of state is giving an interview to TBS Television from Japan, BelTA has learned.

The interviewer is Shigenori Kanehira who has been working for the TV channel since 1977 and who is now the presenter of Hodo Tokushu (Special Report) program.

The interview is being recorded at the Green Hall of the Palace of Independence where the Normandy Four held their talks and signed the Minsk agreements in 2015.

TBS Television is a subsidiary of TBS Holdings, Inc. The TV channel went on air for the first time in 1955. It is available in six prefectures with a total population of 43.5 million people. It also has 28 affiliate stations nationwide, which makes it possible to watch TBS Television programs in any corner of the country.
